  • In many cases your cellphone must be unlocked bootloader before upgrading software, how to unlocking bootloader Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro > find here
  • firmware Info for example if 11.2.6.0 QCMCNXM
11 = MIUI version (In the example above, MIUI 11)
Q = Android OS version (In the example above, Q or Android 10 Q)
CM = Smartphone model code (In the example above, CM = Redmi 7A).
CN =Region code. MI is stock ROM for global/international/all country/Multilanguage, IN just for India, EEA just for Europe, RU just for Russian, ID just for indonesia and CN is Chinese or factory rom just EN, CN for all country but not multilanguage and no google playstore
XM = the firmware version code.
  • You can also use the above firmware via Qfil, Qpst if Qualcomm Qualcommset, SPFlashtool if mediatek Qualcomms or flash one by one via fastboot mode, because it is a full dump image of binkenzo meaning it includes the kernel, modem, NVram, flash_all_except_data.sh, flash_all.sh, included flash_all.bat, flash_all_except_data.bat, flash_all_lock.bat, flash_all_lock.sh, rawprogram0.xml, sahara.xml, patch0.xml, prog_emmc_firehose.mbn, partition.xml, emmc_appsboot.mbn, NON-HLOS.bin, system.img, userdata.img, recovery.img, boot.img, cache.img, splash.img or logo, scatter file and others that allow you to manually update your device. This has the same effect of flashing the corresponding factory images, but without the need of wiping the device. Read more for how to flash read here
  • After flashing the first boot menu, you might be asked for a MIcloud account or FRP, if you forget your username and password you must bypass it first or just flash custom rom like Cyanogen mod, havoc os, lineago os, AOSP but your Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro need TWRP installed and rooted first.
